Gabby is dedicated to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users, especially minors. We maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment. Any individual, content, or activity violating this standard will be permanently removed and, when necessary, reported to the appropriate authorities.
CSAE refers to any act or material that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. The following are strictly prohibited on Gabby:
Such content or behavior may result in immediate removal and referral to law enforcement.
CSAM includes any visual, written, or AI-generated depiction of minors in sexual contexts, whether real or synthetic. The following are forbidden:
All confirmed CSAM will be deleted immediately, and corresponding cases may be escalated to police.
Gabby employs a practical approach to safeguard child safety:
Users play a vital role. Anyone who suspects CSAE, CSAM, or other child-endangering activity may report it through in-app reporting tools or by contacting our support (e.g., via the contact channel in the app or website). Reports are reviewed promptly and handled confidentially.
To strengthen vigilance, Gabby provides:
In the app: use the Report button (e.g., in settings or on the relevant content), select the CSAE/child safety category, and attach screenshots or evidence if possible. You may also contact our support team directly via the contact method provided in the app or on our website.
External reporting: If you encounter content that sexually abuses or exploits children, you may also report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or to a hotline in your region (e.g., via INHOPE).
Gabby has implemented updates to improve awareness and reporting accessibility, including prioritizing the CSAE category in the report menu and providing direct settings shortcuts for reporting. We aim to empower users with easy, visible tools to protect minors online.
Anyone with a known conviction for crimes against children—including abuse, exploitation, or trafficking—is barred from accessing Gabby. Discovery of false declarations will result in permanent expulsion and potential law enforcement notification.
Gabby takes swift action on any violation of this policy, which may include warnings, account bans, or referral to police. We are also committed to user education and preventive awareness through in-app reminders, pop-up warnings during content creation where relevant, and regular updates to our community guidelines to reflect evolving standards for online child protection.
Gabby is devoted to maintaining a secure, respectful digital community. We regularly refine our technology, moderation processes, and educational programs to meet high standards of child protection.
