This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and DelightMatrix Technology Limited ("we," "us," or "Gabby") for your use of the Gabby application and related services.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our User Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Gabby app and services for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with the terms we provide.
You may not: copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except where expressly permitted by law); remove any copyright or proprietary notices; use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or our policies; or use the app to harm, harass, or abuse others. Use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Child Safety Policy.
Gabby and its content, features, and technology (excluding your user-generated content) remain our property or our licensors'. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the app or our services.
This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for breach of this EULA or our User Agreement. You may terminate by ceasing use and deleting your account. Upon termination, your license to use the app ceases immediately.
The app and services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the app or services.
This EULA is part of and should be read together with our User Agreement. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may update this EULA from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
